What delivery actually includes
Everything we run goes out from a single yard in Lawrenceville. That matters more than it sounds: there is no depot network and no subcontracting, so the crew that builds your event is our crew, and the distance from Lawrenceville is the honest constraint on how far and how fast we can go.
A booking is not a drop-off. Every event includes setup beforehand, monitoring during for the mechanical and larger items, and takedown afterwards. Mechanical rides are operated throughout by our own team of professionally trained operators. We are SIOTO certified and fully insured, and our equipment is inspected by the State of Georgia.
Our delivery minimum is $500. That is the practical floor for bringing a truck and a crew out, and it applies wherever you are; the further out you sit, the more it matters. For larger organized events we plan from $2,000 to $60,000, with a typical event landing between $5,000 and $10,000.

What we need from your site
Most of what decides a build happens before we arrive. Mechanical rides go on any surface as long as it is flat and we can drive to the setup point. The trackless train is the strict one: pavement only, flat, no hills. Where power is awkward we bring our own generators, and at park locations we use them exclusively.
Almost everything we do happens on private property, whether that is a school campus, a church lot or a company site. Public parks are possible, but the permitting adds time to a date that is usually already fixed by a calendar you do not control, and in a park we can only provide services for church, school and corporate events.
Tell us the surface, the access route and the entrance width if anything is going indoors, and we will size the build to the site before you commit to it.
Access
A clear route wide enough to bring equipment in, and ground we can drive on to reach the setup point. Gate widths and dock heights are the two things that most often turn out to be the real constraint, so send them early rather than on the day.
Surface
Flat is the requirement, not grass specifically. Blacktop, field and hard-surfaced parking lots all work. Slope is the thing that stops a build, and the trackless train needs pavement with no hills at all.
Power
Mains within reach of each unit where you have it. Where you do not, we bring generators, and at park locations we run on our own generators exclusively rather than relying on whatever is on site.
A fallback
Worth agreeing before the date. Most of our inflatables, the mechanical bull, the V5 and monkey motion will go into a gym or indoor space, though bigger items need a larger entrance. Knowing the indoor option in advance turns a washout into a change of plan.

Is setup and takedown included, or extra?
Included. Every event covers setup beforehand, monitoring during for the mechanical and larger items, and takedown afterwards. Mechanical rides are run throughout by our own team of professionally trained operators, so you are not staffing them with volunteers.
Can you deliver to a public park?
We generally steer away from public parks, because the permitting process adds time and paperwork to a date that is usually already fixed. Where we do work in a park, we can only provide services for church, school and corporate events, and we run exclusively on our own generators. A school campus, church lot or company site is almost always the easier option.
How do we pay?
We accept all major credit cards, and for schools, churches and corporations we are also happy to accept a business check. We do not take cash. We send a quote for your approval, you approve the order and send a deposit, and the deposit is what reserves your specific items.
How far ahead should we book a delivery date?
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and we reserve your specific order items once we receive your deposit. The earlier you secure your reservation, the better your selection of inventory will be. Spring field days and October fall festivals are the two crunch points in the calendar.
What happens to a delivery if the weather turns?
We offer the flexibility to move your event indoors, and we have specific equipment suitable for indoor use. We can get inflatables, the mechanical bull, the V5 and monkey motion into most gyms and indoor spaces, though you would need a larger entrance for bigger items. You can also reschedule within 90 days, and we ask that you let us know at least one day in advance so trucks are not loaded for the original date.
